linux: building PHP with Advance Toolchain on POWER

PHP is a popular general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited to web development. To build it from scratch using the Advance Toolchain follow the next steps:

First it is necessary to install the Advance Toolchain. Once AT is installed, you can issue the following commands:

git clone https://github.com/php/php-src.git
cd ./php-src

sudo apt-get install make autoconf bison libxml2-dev
./buildconf
CC='/opt/at10.0/bin/gcc' CFLAGS='-m64 -O3 -g -mcpu=power8 -mtune=power8 -funroll-loops' LDFLAGS='-m64 -Wl,-q' PHP_LDFLAGS='-m64   -Wl,-q' ./configure
make -j 99
